SplashScout is an independent family-travel guide. By using this website or our AI-assistant connector (the “Service”) you agree to these terms.

What the Service is

SplashScout helps families find water-holiday hotels and campsites, with age-fit scores for toddlers, kids and teens compiled from property listings and guest reviews. Scores and recommendations are informational aids, offered in good faith — not professional or booking advice.

No warranty

Property details, availability, prices, facilities and scores may change and can contain errors. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Always confirm the details that matter to you directly with the property or booking provider before booking or travelling.

Bookings & affiliate links

SplashScout does not sell or provide accommodation. “Check availability” and similar links take you to third-party booking providers, whose own terms and privacy policies apply. Some are affiliate links and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — see our privacy & affiliate policy. Any booking is a contract between you and the provider; SplashScout is not a party to it.

AI-assistant connector

Our Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector is read-only and returns the same public information as this website. It is provided for convenience with no guarantee of availability or uninterrupted service, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully. We may limit or withdraw access to protect the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SplashScout is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information, including from bookings made with third parties.
